At Medichecks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your unused and unopened test kit within 30 days for a full refund, minus any applicable delivery fees.

Return Process

  Ensure your test kit is unopened, the security seal is intact, and you are within the 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the return shipping address.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused kit in its original packaging, including a note with your name and order number to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team receives and inspects your returned kit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
